• We reserve the right to change the nature of this website, any time, without prior notice. We reserve the right to terminate or discontinue any product lines and services currently being provided on this website temporarily or permanently, any time, without prior notice.

• Sel Design Studio is not responsible for any possible interruptions, inaccuracies, delays or loss relating to the display, generation or delivery of information resulting from system (website) failures. However, we will try our best to maintain and recover system in a timely manner.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Printing Services: Sel Design Studio provides a range of custom printing and signage services. Specific details of our services are listed on our website or will be provided upon request.

1.2 Custom Orders: All custom orders are produced based on specifications provided by the client. Any design, dimension, color, and material specifications must be clearly outlined at the time of order confirmation. Once an order is printed and provided to the client, changes that differ from the agreed design and order confirmation, will incur addition fees.

2. Quotations and Pricing

2.1 Quotations: All quotations provided by Sel Design Studio are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated. If you wish to continue with a quote after the 30 day period, a new quote will be required to be issued by Sel Design Studio.

2.2 Pricing: Pricing may vary based on project specifications, including design complexity, materials, and order volume. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2.3 Taxes and Fees: All prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated. Taxes will be calculated and added at checkout/confirmation of your order.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Confirmation: Orders will only be processed upon written confirmation from the client. A deposit is required to initiate any/all orders.

3.2 Payment Terms: Payment terms vary based on project scope and client agreements. For custom orders, payment is required in full or in part before production commences, as specified in the invoice.

3.3 Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. Failure to complete payment may result in a delay or cancellation of your order.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

4.1 Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, cancellation fees may apply to cover any costs already incurred.

4.2 Modifications: Any request to modify an order must be made in writing. Modification requests may incur additional charges based on the timing and nature of the change.

5. Production and Delivery

5.1 Production Time: Estimated production times vary per project and are provided at the time of order confirmation.

5.2 Delivery: Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to external factors (e.g., weather, shipping carrier delays) are beyond Sel Design Studio's control.

5.3 Pickup: Clients may arrange to pick up their orders. Pickup schedules will be coordinated to ensure availability. Pickup is only available from the Sel Design Studio's office location. Please refer to the 'Contact' page of the website for further information.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Custom Orders: Due to the nature of custom printing, refunds are generally not provided. However, if there is a defect in the final product that differs from approved specifications, we will work with you to remedy the issue.

6.2 Non-Custom Items: Clause 6.1 also applies to Non-custom items. Refunds will not be provided.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Client Designs: All designs and artwork provided by the client must be the client’s original work or used with permission. Sel Design Studio is not liable for copyright infringements resulting from client-provided content.

7.2 Company Designs: Any designs created by Sel Design Studio remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to use images of the finished product for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the client in writing (pending approval).

8. Liability and Indemnification

8.1 Limitation of Liability: Sel Design Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

8.2 Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Sel Design Studio harmless against any claims or damages arising from the misuse or misinterpretation of our products.

10. Governing Law

• We accept PayPal, Cash Tender and bank transfer (invoice payment).
